Our workshops are designed to equip you with the skills needed to prepare you for your new journey of togetherness. Choose the four workshops that work best for you! Workshop descriptions are below.

NB1002- Expectation Station: We all have expectations but are yours going to ruin your relationship before it gets started?
NB1003- Communication of Champions pt 1: Learn the basic do’s and don’ts when communicating with your spouse.
NB1004- Conflict Resolution pt 1: Learn fundamental approaches to handling conflict.
NB 1005- Finances: How to discuss money and plan your family’s financial goals.
